Being a Stay-At-Home-Mom

The question I have been asked the most in the last week is "So how is it being a stay-at-home mom?" Hmmm... Let's just say that it has been interesting. I would love to get any advice you stay-at-home moms out there may have. How do you do it? What have you found that works for you? How do you get your children to follow some sort of routine? How do you find balance between nurturing your children and keeping the house in order? How do you find some time for yourself? As you can see, I have quite a few questions and would appreciate any and all suggestions. I have no doubt that I will find my own groove, but until then, please help!
